What if we don't want to build with you after Sprint Zero?
Then don't. Sprint Zero is a standalone deliverable. You receive all artifacts (architecture, stack matrix, risk map, scope) and can hire any other partner or build internally.
Can we compress Sprint Zero to 3 days?
No. One week is the minimum for reliable architecture decisions. If you need something faster, the first call (30 minutes, free) is the right entry.
Do we get the architecture document as Markdown or Confluence?
Yes. Default output is PDF plus Markdown. Confluence import is possible. C4 diagrams included as PlantUML source.
What if we already chose a stack?
Then Sprint Zero focuses on architecture and risk map. We still vet the stack choice for sustainability without overturning it if it works.
