Engineering discovery at a fixed price: architecture, tech-stack recommendation, effort estimation, risk map. Delivers ADRs, a technical concept and the backlog for the first build sprints. Standalone deliverable. You decide freely afterwards whether we build.
Paths after Sprint Zero
Which model fits emerges from the Sprint Zero result. Nothing is locked in beforehand.
2–12 weeks, production-ready.
Implementation sprints on T&M or fixed-price by scope. Weekly demos, monthly advance invoicing, code in your repo from day one. AI engineering topics are typical sprint content.
